How It Works
PICK UP
Pick up is at our Market location and we are available during our regular market hours: Wednesdays to Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up.
Pick up in-store: Orders are usually ready within 2 hours of placing your order. If you place an order during our closed hours/day, your order will be available the next business day. Please give us a call 15 minutes prior to arrival.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery – Hamilton, Burlington & Oakville
• Orders under $39.99 (before tax): $10 delivery fee
• Orders $40+ (before tax): Free Delivery
Local delivery - Downtown Toronto & Mississauga
• Orders under $49.99 (before tax): $10 delivery fee
• Orders $50+ (before tax): Free Delivery
Local Delivery:
We will try our best to deliver all orders within a 9am - 9pm time frame however times may vary. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a time slot, only date.
Once you complete the checkout process our team will receive your order and begin putting together your basket! No need to confirm.
The day of delivery our driver will call your phone number to confirm someone will be home to receive the order with an estimated delivery time. We will call you and knock on the door before leaving your package on the doorstep.

We offer Local Delivery for the following areas:
Hamilton - Ancaster - Burlington - Stoney Creek - Oakville - Mississauga and Downtown Toronto.

Shipping: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order for shipping. Due to an increase amount of orders we receive daily it is not possible for us to ship products the same day the order was placed. Once your order has been packaged it will be shipped and you will receive it depending the type of shipping you payed for. Please email us for any questions you may have about shipping orders.
